The aim of this project is to develop a decision support system (DSS) to optimise staff rostering in a hospice setting. Our solution, RosterPro, will streamline the complex process of medical manpower allocation across inpatient wards, homecare teams, and daycare services. It integrates staff skills, preferences, and leave management to ensure equitable distribution of shifts, enhance operational efficiency, improve care quality, and reduce administrative burdens, while also supporting staff satisfaction and work-life balance.
