The Green Balance Initiative is a health communication campaign aimed at office workers in urban Singapore. It aims to reduce stress and promote mental well-being through the distribution of plant care toolkits. These kits include a potted plant, a shovel and care instructions. The campaign seeks to foster a healthier work environment and support mental health through simple, accessible interventions.
